Graten od sira
Kako dobro i skupo zvuci! A Vi, dosli sa posla deca traze veceru, a u frizideru jaja, sir, ostaci kackavalja... i nista vise. E pa - evo predloga za RECEPT br 2. Jelo ce Vas kostati oo 250 do 300 dinara i gotovo je za 20-ak minuta.
GRATEN OD SIRA
Zagrejte rernu na 200C i ugrejte oko 350 ml mleka. Puterom premazite neku posudu u kojoj cete peci nas Graten. Od 6 kriski hleba, 4 presecite na pola , a preostale dve iseckajte na kockice. Polovine umocite u mleko i poredjajte oko posude, a kockice hleba ostavite u mleku par minuta. Razdvojte 4 jaja, pa zumanca pomesajte sa kockicama hleba. U to izrendajte oko 100 gr kackavalja, po meni je najbolje pomesati Gaudu i Bavarian bleu ili neki drugi ,,budjavi sir,,. Dodajte jos 50-ak gr obicnog sira kog mozete izmrviti. Dodajte biber i ono sto svemu daje poseban smek...muskatni orascic. U posebnoj ciniji umutite belanca, pa ih pazljivo dodajte smesi sa sirom, hlebom i jajima.Sve to sipajre preko hleba u posudi za pecenje. Peci u rerni dok ne porumeni, tj. oko 20 minuta. Prijatno uz moto lako, jeftino i super ukusno!
